This pen is made of high quality material. Case is all metal. Grip end has nice rubber grips and our engraved info is engraved in gold so that it matches the gold accent pieces of the pen. Can't ask for a better pen to give our customers. Please understand, these are not "thank you for coming in pens" that would be on a counter. These are "thank you for your large order" pens that you send to your paying customers because you want them to remember you every time they pick up this pen to use it.

I really like the look and feel of the pen, it's almost high end. I also appreciate the fact that the pens were carefully inserted in the display boxes. It would have been nice if the pens had been made in Canada. Thanks
